	The Title company will issue a Preliminary Title Report which we will carefully review with you to assure that you will have clear title to the property at closing.
	If needed, we will help you locate a reputable, professional home inspection company and supervise the inspection of your new home. We will also help you determine if purchasing a Home Warranty would be to your benefit.
	We will offer assistance to the Title Company and the Lender to help the transaction flow smoothly and without delay. This will include monitoring each step of the escrow process to assure that both parties are performing in accordance with the terms of the Purchase and Sale Agreement.
	We will accompany you to the Title Company on the day of closing to insure that all documents are in order and closing goes smoothly.
